From this Franschhoek Valley Base, Rhodes Food Group manufactures fresh milk, cream and cheese under private label exclusively for leading South African retailer, Woolworths. We also produce a range of quality, authentic, handcrafted cheeses under our own Portobello brand that is marketed and sold to the South African retail market. The cheese range includes French-style white mould cheeses, soft and fresh Italian cheeses as well as customized South African cheese. One of our specialities is a delicious pasta filata-type product.
